'I'll blow their brains out' Houtzdale man accused of groping woman at party, threatening to harm he

Authorities in Clearfield County say a Houtzdale man is behind bars after he allegedly groped a woman at a party last week and then made several threats towards her.

Police say troopers were dispatched to a residence, located along Don Street, on the evening of August 17th following an incident at a house party.

Investigators say 45-year-old Gregory Kay Jr. had reportedly been asked to leave the party after he allegedly groped a woman while she was talking with another party goer.

Police say Kay initially refused to leave the home and then later threatened to follow the woman to her residence and "molest her."

Authorities say when troopers spoke to Kay about the accusations, he reportedly denied having any contact with the woman.

Troopers say as he was being transported to the PSP barracks, Kay allegedly stated that he was going to kill the victim and a witness.

"I'm going to blow their brains out," Kay allegedly told police.

According to online court records, Kay is being held at the Clearfield County Jail on various charges, including indecent assault, making terroristic threats, and disorderly conduct.

His bail has been set at $75,000.
